  IMPORTANT: This one is designed to work with GREY GEARS ONLY. Will not work with white or black gears.  If you not sure what is this all about – DO NOT BUY IT.  Instead you just buy entire Sprocket Gear set with Belt and it will resolve compatibility issue. In May of 2005 Kirby Co. switched plastic gears to another type that may be incompatible with other gears and drive belt on your Kirby vacuum.
